I have been practicing many different disciplines of art genres such as ballet, photography, film, graphic design, fashion design, and architecture.

 

While I see art as an expressive tool allowing viewers to pause and rethink about their busy lives, I see design as a problem-solving skill through creativity which can enhance critical thinking skill for artists.  After volunteering and interning at art and design organizations including museum and design firms, I feel that art and design should be thought together.

 

My hope is that through my work, the viewers or my audience can have a moment of reflection on themselves.
